Please note that extra single beds can only be supplied for children aged 3–14 years old. £30 is charged per extra bed, per booking. We also provide cots for younger children free of charge.

Payment Terms A 10% deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your accommodation, the remainder will be payable on arrival. Your deposit is fully refundable if a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the arrival date.

Check-In & Check-Out Times Check-In times are between 3pm – 5pm. If you need to check in outside of these times, simply contact us in advance and we will arrange this for you. Check-Out is 11am on the day of departure.

Cancelling your booking There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the arrival date. Failure to cancel before the hours stated, or in the event of non-arrival, will result in your card being charged the full amount for the 1st nights accommodation and the release of the remainder of nights booked.
