Q: What's included in my apartment?
A: Your apartment will be completely furnished and ready to move into including widescreen TV, DVD player, all linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board.

Q: How long can I stay?
A: We welcome guests from a minimum stay of 1 night up to 12 months, please contact us for prices of longer term lets.

Q: Is smoking allowed within the apartments?
A: A strict no smoking policy operates for all apartments.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Prices are similar to those you would expect to pay for a decent hotel room but you are getting lots more. Prices typically range between £70 - £250 per night dependent upon the length of your stay. The price includes all utilities and council tax bills.

Q: What services are included?
A: Usually a once a week housekeeping service, which includes a linen and towel change. If required, services can be tailored to meet your needs, including daily housekeeping.

Q: How do I make a booking?
A: You can book online or contact us directly on 0151 703 6996. Alternatively complete our online form and a member of staff will contact you shortly.

Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque or cash. We can invoice you or your company directly.

Q: What additional charges will I have to pay?
A: There are no standard additional charges, these would only be made if you were to take advantage of our additional services such as: luxury food hampers, personal chauffeurservices and additional housekeeping requests.

Q: What time can I check into my apartment?
A: When booking you will be provided with a contact telephone number. Normal check in times are 3.00pm - 5.00pm. You must contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival to confirm your check in time. You must check out by 11.00am
