TERMS & CONDITIONS
By staying at Bridpoint Apartments, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions.
All guest details must be made known to YOURCITYBASE at the time of booking, including the total number of people who will be staying in the apartment. Additional guests not on the booking form will not be permitted to stay in the apartment without first notifying YOURCITYBASE of their details. In any event, the numbers of guests cannot exceed the total number of people that the apartment can accommodate in beds or on bed settees.
There is a strict no smoking policy throughout the apartments. Smoking will not be permitted anywhere in the apartments. Smoking is however permitted on the balconies.
No pets are allowed. Guide dogs are the exception to this rule.
The apartments are located within a residential area. Guests are kindly asked to respect other people by not making excessive noise or behaving in an unruly manner. Parties are strictly forbidden. If any party takes place, you will be asked to leave immediately. There will be no refund.
Guests are responsible for the apartment during their stay. The apartment is expected to be kept reasonably clean and tidy.
Security should be considered at all times. Doors should be locked and windows closed when leaving an apartment unattended, or when checking out.
YOURCITYBASE reserve the right to charge an additional fee of £30 for cleaning, should the apartment not be returned in an acceptable condition. It is the guests responsibility on first entering the apartment to check that all items listed on the inventory in the YOURCITYBASE information pack are not damaged and/or in good working order. Guests must report any broken or damaged items upon first arrival at the YOURCITYBASE apartments. Any items removed or damaged from any apartment will incur a replacement charge and will be debited from the card details supplied when booking.
Any damage to the apartment walls or other fixtures and fittings will be charged in the same manner.
All apartments will be freshly cleaned for your arrival, with fresh bed linen and towels. For stays of 7 days or less, when a guest requests a linen change, there will be a charge of £20 for a 1 bedroom apartment and £35 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Similarly if a guest requests a full apartment clean and a linen change the charges will be £40 and £80 respectively. For stays of 7 days or more, the bed linen and towels will be changed and the apartment cleaned on a weekly basis at no extra charge.
The booking does not constitute any lease or tenancy agreement. The stay will only be for the period detailed in the booking confirmation.
Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at their owner's risk. YOURCITYBASE will take no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to vehicles during your stay. Personal belongings are left in the apartments at the owner's own risk. It is not advised to leave valuable items unattended. YOURCITYBASE will take no responsibility for any loss incurred.
YOURCITYBASE will not be held responsible for any personal injury sustained during any stay at any apartment.
A member of staff may need to enter an apartment for maintenance during a stay. The appropriate notice will be given and disruption will be kept to a minimum.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is breached, guests may be asked to leave.
